From first call to a build-ready Figma file
Four steps from an introductory call to a file your developers can implement.
01Half-hour discovery call
You walk us through the product or the current Figma file. On a free call, we identify what exists, what is missing and what to design first.
02Written scope, dates and price
We list the screens, components and files you receive, with a delivery date and cost for each. You approve the list before work begins. Anything added later is priced separately.
03Interview, then shared file access
You interview the designer first. You have access to the file from the first day and see new work every few days. Comments go directly on the screen they concern.
04Handover or front-end development
You receive the components and the documentation, and our developers can implement the front end if you want. After launch, the file can move to the monthly plan.

What does a Figma designer deliver?
A Figma file your developers can implement. It holds one component library, with colors, text styles and spacing named the way the code names them. It also includes responsive layouts for every breakpoint, an interactive prototype of the main user flows and documented hover, click and error states.
What is the difference between a Figma designer and a UX designer?
A UX designer defines what each screen should do and in what order, based on research and usability testing. A Figma designer turns those decisions into components a developer can implement. Ours design the screens and the interactive flows. If you need user research first, we say so on the call.
What does a Figma designer cost?
A defined design project has one fixed price, agreed in writing after a half-hour call. It depends on the number of distinct screens and components and how much of your file is reusable. Front-end development, if needed, is quoted alongside. Changing work is billed hourly against an agreed estimate. A dedicated designer is billed hourly or monthly.
Can you work in our file, alongside our own designers?
Yes, and reusing existing work is usually cheaper than starting over. We sort the current file into components in use and outdated copies. Then we merge them into one published library and redesign only what blocks progress. Your designers approve naming and structure before anything is published.
Do you also develop the design, or only deliver the file?
Both. Infoloop develops websites, online stores and product front ends, so the people who define colors and spacing can implement them in production. If you have your own developers, we hand over the components, the naming and the documentation instead.
What happens to the file after launch?
It stays current if you want it to. On the monthly plan, new components join the shared library and unused ones are removed. A color change reaches the file and the live product on the same day. Or your team takes the file in-house with the documentation.
