02A structured conversation
A 30-minute discussion of your previous work and the decisions behind it. Candidates are encouraged to ask difficult questions in return.
03A practical assessment
A short task based on the actual role, reviewed together with you rather than graded privately. The evaluation criteria are shared before you begin.
04A decision either way
Every candidate receives a decision and the reasoning behind it. No application is left without a response.
