Hire Webflow developers who join your team.

For teams who need Webflow work done properly without waiting out a hiring cycle. You interview the engineer, they work inside your Webflow project and your process, and you keep everything they build.

What they do

Hire Webflow developers who join your team, end to end.

Page and template builds

Designs turned into Webflow pages that hold together at every breakpoint. Reusable classes and components rather than one-off styling, so the tenth page takes hours rather than days.

CMS collections and content models

Collections, reference fields and templates modelled before the pages are built. Your team publishes by filling in a form, and cannot break a layout or an SEO field while doing it.

SEO set up during the build

Titles, meta descriptions, heading order, structured data, sitemaps and redirects, done as the pages go in. Retrofitting search work after launch costs more and recovers less than doing it once, properly.

Interactions and motion

Webflow interactions used with restraint: state changes, scroll effects and transitions that still behave on a slow phone. Motion respects reduced-motion settings, because some of your visitors have them switched on.

Custom code and integrations

Embedded code where Webflow stops, forms wired into your CRM, analytics that records what you actually need, and the Webflow API when content has to come from or go to another system.

Migrations onto Webflow

Moving a WordPress or hand-built site across without losing what it already earns. URLs mapped, redirects written, metadata carried over, and the old site kept live until the new one is verified.

How it runs

Plan. Build. Run.

01

A thirty minute call

We ask what needs building, what state the Webflow project is in, who else is on the team and how much timezone overlap you need. You get an honest view of whether one engineer covers it, or whether it is a project.

02

Scope, timeline and price

Before anyone starts, you get the shape of the engagement in writing: what the developer does, the hours, the notice period and the cost. No recruitment fee, and nothing that changes once the work begins.

03

You interview them

We put a named senior developer forward and you interview them as you would a permanent hire. If they are not right for your team, we do not place them and we look again. You meet the person who does the work.

04

Onboard, build, then run

They join your stand-up, work in your Webflow workspace and follow your conventions. Handover notes are written weekly. When the build lands you can keep them on, move to a run retainer, or take the documentation and stop.

Why infoloop

We do not hand over and leave.

  • We build and we runMost agencies hand over and leave. We offer a managed retainer after launch: monitoring, fixes with agreed response targets, security updates, improvements and a monthly report. It changes how the build is done.
  • You own the project and the accountThe site lives in your Webflow workspace, on your site plan, under your billing. Nothing is held in an account you cannot reach. If you stop working with us, you lose an engineer, not your website.
  • Search work is part of the buildStructure, metadata, schema and redirects are done while the pages are built, not sold back to you later as an SEO project. We publish how we do it, so you can hold us to it.
  • Senior people, no substitutionsYou interview the developer and that is the developer you get. No juniors quietly rotated in once the contract is signed, and no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
  • Written down, not held in one headClass conventions, CMS field notes and weekly handover notes are kept in your project from the first week. If the engineer changes or you take the site in-house, the context stays with you.

What you get

Every engagement includes these, in writing, before work starts.

  • A named senior Webflow developer, interviewed by you before they start.
  • Work done inside your Webflow workspace, on your site plan and billing.
  • A written class and component naming convention for the project.
  • CMS collections modelled and built, with a short guide for your editors.
  • Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and schema on every page.
  • Weekly handover notes, so nothing lives only in one person's head.

Who this is for

Three situations where this is the right call.

Marketing sitting behind an agency queue

The site is live, but every change is a ticket, a quote and a fortnight. You want someone inside the project who can make the change the day you ask, and who understands why the page was built the way it was.

A redesign with a date and no builder

Your designers can produce the work, but nobody in-house knows Webflow well enough to build it properly. You need a builder for the length of the project, not a permanent hire you will have to keep busy afterwards.

A Webflow site that has grown unmanageable

Hundreds of one-off classes, a CMS bolted on after the fact, and rankings that slipped after the last redesign. You need someone to untangle it, restructure the collections and leave it in a state your team can maintain.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

What does it cost, and how is the engagement structured?
Webflow developers are engaged monthly or hourly, depending on how predictable the work is, and the rate is agreed in writing before anyone starts. There is no recruitment fee and no minimum term beyond the notice period set at the outset. Fixed-scope project work is quoted the same way: a thirty minute call, then scope, timeline and price in writing. Ask on that first call and you get a number for your specific role rather than a range.
What happens after the Webflow site launches?
Launch is the start of the running cost, not the end of the work. You can keep the developer on for ongoing pages and CMS work, or move to our managed retainer: monitoring, fixes with agreed response targets, security updates, small improvements and a monthly report on what changed. If you would rather take it in-house, we hand over the project with the class conventions, CMS notes and redirect map written down, and you carry on without us.
Do we own the Webflow project, or are we locked in?
You own it. Wherever possible the work happens in your own Webflow workspace, on your site plan, under your billing, so nothing sits in an agency account you cannot reach. If a build starts in ours, it is transferred to you before launch. Ending the engagement means you lose an engineer, not your website: the project, the CMS content, the domain and the documentation all stay with you.
Can we interview the developer, and how soon can they start?
Yes. You interview them exactly as you would a permanent hire, technically and on fit, and if they are not right for your team we do not place them and we put someone else forward. Start dates are usually limited by your interview and access process rather than our availability. Onboarding is quicker where there is a running Webflow project with some documentation, and slower where the developer has to work out how an undocumented site was assembled.
How do they work with our existing team?
They work inside your Webflow workspace and your process: your stand-up, your review step, your naming conventions and your definition of done. Timezone overlap is agreed before anyone starts, because it is the thing most likely to cause friction later. If your team needs live overlap for reviews and pairing, say so at the beginning and we staff for it, rather than promising asynchronous working that does not suit how you operate.
Is Webflow the right choice, or should we use WordPress or Shopify?
Webflow suits marketing and content-led sites where a small team needs to publish without a developer and design control matters. Shopify is the better answer when the site is primarily a shop with real inventory, discounts and fulfilment. WordPress can fit where you depend on a particular plugin ecosystem or an established editorial workflow. We build on Webflow and Shopify, so there is no reason to talk you into the wrong one. If Webflow is a poor fit for what you describe, we say so on the first call.
