Training and compliance systems for in-house L&D teams
For in-house L&D and compliance teams who have to train a workforce, keep certifications in date and produce the evidence when an auditor asks. We build the platform on our own LMS and attendance products, then we run it.
Where we help
What we build for Corporate Training.
Course delivery on our own LMS
Our LMS and testing platform gives you courses, cohorts, enrolment and progress tracking from day one. We configure it to your programmes, including blended ones where an e-learning module leads into a classroom day.
Mandatory training with deadlines
Courses assigned by role, site, contract or shift, with a due date attached. Reminders go to the learner first, then the line manager. You see the overdue list rather than finding out when someone asks for it.
Certification renewals tracked to expiry
Every credential carries an issue date and an expiry date. Renewal reminders start on a schedule you set, so a ticket is booked before it lapses rather than after someone has been stood down from the work it covers.
Attendance for instructor-led sessions
Registers for classroom and on-site sessions, captured on the day rather than typed up later. Our attendance product handles shifts, multiple sites and people who are not at a desk, and it feeds straight into the training record.
Assessments, retakes and pass records
Question banks with tagging and randomisation, so a retake is not the same paper again. Pass marks, attempt limits and retake rules are yours to set. Written answers can be graded by AI against your rubric, with borderline scores routed to a person.
Reporting an auditor will accept
Completion by team, site and course, plus the detail underneath: who did what, on which date, against which version of the material. Exported as a file you can hand over, not a dashboard someone has to be walked through.
How it runs
Plan. Build. Run.
30 minute call
You describe what training you are obliged to deliver, what you deliver beyond that, and where the chasing happens today. We say whether our LMS and attendance products fit, what would need building around them, and whether we are the right people.
Fixed scope, timeline and price
We write down what gets built, what it connects to, which records it has to keep and what it costs. One document, one number, one date. If we cannot scope something confidently, we say so rather than guessing at it.
Build and pilot with one group
We configure and build, then run one site or one department through a real training cycle. A pilot surfaces the rules nobody wrote down: grace periods, agency staff, who counts as a manager for escalation. We fix those before wider rollout.
Roll out, then run it
We move the rest of the organisation across, then keep it live: monitoring, fixes to agreed response targets, security updates and improvements as your obligations change. You get a report each month covering uptime and work done.
Why infoloop
We do not hand over and leave.
- The LMS is a product we already ownOur LMS and testing system is working software, not a slide. You start from courses, assessments and certification that already exist, which cuts the build down to the parts that are genuinely yours.
- We have built attendance at plant scaleWe built attendance capture across three manufacturing plants. Shift patterns, multiple sites and staff without a desk are not an edge case to us, and training attendance runs on the same ground.
- We run what we buildThe managed retainer keeps the same team on it after launch: monitoring, fixes to response targets, security updates and a monthly report. There is no handover to people who have never seen the code.
- AI in production, with guardrailsWe put AI live with monitoring, human review and rollback. In training that means grading routine written answers and answering policy questions, with a person kept on anything contested.
- We say what skipping something costsIf you decide not to record attendance properly, or to issue certificates with no expiry, we will tell you what that costs at the next audit. You can still decide against it. You just decide knowing.
What you get
Every engagement includes these, in writing, before work starts.
- A configured LMS with your courses, role-based assignment rules and due dates
- A training matrix showing who needs what, by role, site and contract type
- Certification records with expiry dates, reminders and manager escalation
- Attendance capture for classroom and on-site sessions, including shift patterns
- Audit exports: who completed what, when, and on which version of the material
- A managed retainer: monitoring, fixes to response targets, updates, monthly report
Who this is for
Three situations where this is the right call.
Compliance chased on spreadsheets and email
Your obligations are real and the training happens, but the record lives in a spreadsheet and the chasing is done by one person with a calendar reminder. It holds until headcount grows, someone leaves, or an auditor asks for evidence you cannot produce quickly.
Training people who are not at a desk
Your workforce is on a shop floor, a site or a shift rota. Emailing a course link does not reach them, and classroom sessions are recorded on paper registers that get typed up days later, if they get typed up at all.
Three systems, no single training record
You have an LMS from one vendor, attendance on paper, and certifications in a spreadsheet HR keeps. Nothing agrees with anything else, and answering whether a named person is cleared to do a named task takes a morning of cross-checking.
Proof
Software we built, and still run.
Questions
What buyers ask us first.
What does a corporate training platform cost, and how does the engagement work?
Do we have to replace the LMS we already have?
How do certification renewals work?
Can this reach shift workers and staff who are not at a desk?
What would an auditor actually be able to see?
What happens after launch?
