Industries
Sectors where we can show you working software.
Six, not twenty-five. Each one opens with something we built and still run, because that is more useful to you than a longer list of logos.
Industrial & Mobility
Plants, depots and workshops, where the software has to match how the floor actually runs.
Commerce & Consumer
Stores and products where a slow page or a broken integration costs revenue the same day.
Services & Regulated
Sectors where an audit trail and a rollback plan matter as much as the feature itself.
Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Do you only work in these sectors?
No, but these are the ones where we can point at software we built and still run, which is a more useful thing to show you than a longer list. If your sector is not here, the question is whether the workflow looks like something we have done before — scheduling, attendance, assessment, stock, support — rather than whether we have your industry logo on a page.
How much sector knowledge do you actually need?
Enough to ask the right questions and not enough to assume. We spend the first phase watching how the work is done rather than proposing a system, because the difference between two garages, or two plants, is usually in the exceptions rather than the happy path. That is also where off-the-shelf software tends to break.
Can you adapt one of the ready-built systems to our sector?
Often, yes, and it is usually the cheaper answer. The garage, attendance and LMS systems are configuration rather than construction, and they are built around workflows that recur across sectors. We will tell you on the first call whether configuring one of those gets you most of the way, or whether you genuinely need something bespoke.
What about compliance and data handling in regulated sectors?
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, full audit trail and GDPR-ready handling are how we build by default rather than an upgrade. For AI work in regulated settings we add guardrails on anything that moves money or contacts a customer, and a rollback plan agreed before launch rather than after an incident.
Do you have references in our sector?
Client names are shared under NDA on a call rather than published. What we can show you before that is the shape of the work: what was built, what number moved, and how long it took. If a named reference is a condition of proceeding, say so early and we will arrange it.
How long before we see something working?
Configuring one of the ready-built systems moves in weeks. Bespoke work depends on scope, which is why we fix the scope before quoting. In either case you see working software early rather than a document — the first thing we show you is something you can click, not a specification.
Work in one of these? Let us scope it.
Tell us the workflow that is costing you time. Thirty minutes, and you leave with a recommendation and a price.
