Products
Software that already exists. Live in weeks.
Three systems we have built, shipped and still run. Where one fits your shape, you inherit years of solved edge cases instead of paying to discover them. We adapt it to how you work, then keep it running.
Ready-built systems
Three products, each running in production today.
Garage management
Job cards, bookings, parts, bay allocation and AI service reminders, across one site or nine.
- Multi-branch, one catalogue of jobs and parts
- Bay allocation that shows where the bottleneck is
- AI service reminders that bring cars back
Attendance management
Clock-in, exceptions, AI anomaly flags and payroll-ready exports for multi-site operations.
- Biometric or app clock-in across sites
- Anomaly flags before payroll, not after
- Exports your payroll provider already accepts
LMS and testing
Courses, proctored online testing, AI-assisted grading and certification renewals in one place.
- Proctored testing that holds up to scrutiny
- AI-assisted grading with a human in the loop
- Certification expiry and renewal tracking
Proof
Not slideware.
Garage management
Brightlane Auto Group put nine branches on it in 11 weeks. Bay utilisation rose 28%.
Attendance management
Live across three manufacturing plants, with missed punches stopped before payroll runs.
LMS and testing
Built for training providers, assessors and staffing firms running assessments at volume.
How it works
Four steps from call to live.
A demo on real data
We put a sample of your own data into the system and walk you through it, rather than showing a polished sandbox. You see where it fits and, more usefully, where it does not.
Fit and gap, written down
We list what works out of the box, what needs configuration, and what would need building. That list becomes the scope and the fixed price. Nothing appears on the invoice later.
Configure and migrate
Your sites, roles, catalogue and history go in. Migrations run in stages so nobody has a day where the old system is gone and the new one is not ready.
Go live, then we run it
We train your team, watch the first weeks closely, and stay on to monitor, patch and improve it. There is no handover cliff where support becomes your problem.
Product or custom
When a ready-built system is the wrong answer.
Take the product when…
- Your process is close to how the industry already works, and the differences are settings rather than architecture.
- You want something running this quarter and would rather adapt one or two habits than wait two more.
- You do not want to own a codebase, a hosting bill and a hiring problem alongside the actual business.
Build custom when…
- The workflow is the thing you compete on, and bending it to fit a product would cost you the advantage.
- You need to sit inside systems a product cannot reach — a proprietary machine protocol, an ERP nobody else integrates with.
- You intend to sell the software itself, in which case you should own every line of it.
Common questions
What people ask before they buy.
Can we change how it works?
Yes, within reason. Fields, roles, workflows and reports are configuration. Anything that changes the core model is a build, and we quote it separately so you can see what the customisation actually costs before you commit to it.
Who owns the data?
You do, always. You can export everything in an open format at any time, including after you stop working with us. We will not hold your operating history hostage to a renewal.
How long until it is live?
Weeks rather than quarters, and the exact figure comes out of the fit-and-gap. The attendance system went live across three plants in three weeks; a nine-branch garage rollout took eleven, because we did it one branch at a time to avoid closing any of them.
What if we outgrow it?
Then we extend it or build alongside it, and we will say which is cheaper. Outgrowing a system is a good problem. Pretending it has not happened for two years is the expensive one.
Not sure which fits? We will tell you straight.
A 30 minute call. If one of these fits, we say so and show you it running. If a custom build serves you better, we say that instead.
