About Infoloop: our story

Infoloop is a custom software, AI and web development company headquartered in India and serving clients worldwide.

Infoloop began with a common problem in outsourcing. Many vendors deliver a project, close the contract and move on to the next client. The business is then left with software that nobody monitors, updates or secures. We founded Infoloop so the team that writes the software also supports it after launch.

Nimit, Riya and Rahul Kaneria are the three co-founders of Infoloop. Software from its 50+ projects is live in 6 countries. Every new client still speaks with Nimit, the CEO, on the first call.

What Infoloop does

Infoloop is a software development and IT consulting company. We deliver custom software, AI assistants and workflow automation, plus Webflow and Shopify websites. Most clients are manufacturers, SaaS companies, retailers and EdTech teams.

We have two offices: the head office in Surat, India, and a US office in Dover, Delaware. Every client works with one dedicated delivery team, wherever the client is based.

Our delivery model is simple. Proposals use plain language, not technical jargon. The price is fixed when the scope is clear and hourly when it will change. Dedicated developers or teams are billed by the hour or by the month. In every case, the rate and an estimate are agreed in writing before work starts. Each release works with your real data, not sample records. After launch, an optional monthly support plan covers monitoring, fixes within agreed response times, small improvements and a monthly report. Your company keeps the code, the accounts and the data.
