Is it better to build or buy an LMS?
Usually a combination of both. Most projects start from LoopIQ, which already covers courses, groups, assessments, certificates and reporting. Custom development covers only the requirements unique to you. If you already license an off-the-shelf LMS, we can extend it, integrate it or replace the parts it cannot handle.
Can the platform handle everyone sitting an exam at once?
Yes. The platform is sized for your largest sitting and load tested at that volume before launch. Timed sittings, attempt limits and autosave mean a dropped connection never costs a candidate their answers. Any release that goes wrong can be rolled back.
What does learning management system development cost?
LoopIQ setup and a clear custom scope usually have a fixed price, and the cost falls the more of LoopIQ fits your rules. Work whose scope will change is billed hourly. The rate and an estimate are agreed in writing before any code is written. Most projects go live in 4 to 8 weeks.
What support is included after launch?
Optional support is billed hourly, against a monthly estimate agreed in writing. It covers monitoring, fixes within an agreed service level, security updates and improvements in the priority order you set. Every month, you receive a written report on changes, incidents and next steps. The team that delivered the platform supports it.
Who owns the learner records, and how long are they kept?
You do, and you set the retention period. Learner data, attempt logs, certificates and the code are yours, with exports you can run yourself. The platform deletes records when your retention period ends. Attempt logs are timestamped and cannot be edited. Records can be stored in a chosen country.
Can you migrate our existing courses, learners and certificates?
Yes. First, we inventory what you hold: platform exports, course files and spreadsheets. Then we agree the migration scope: learner records, completion history, certificates with expiry dates and question banks. The migration is rehearsed on a copy first. Standard course formats such as SCORM keep working, so existing courses need no rebuild.
