About the role

Infoloop is a technology services and product engineering company. We help businesses build and scale digital products, custom software, AI solutions, and web and mobile applications.

This role builds and runs both inbound and outbound marketing. It is not limited to social media or outbound prospecting: you create demand, attract the right prospects, nurture them through digital channels and turn that activity into qualified B2B opportunities. You report to the Marketing and Growth lead and work closely with sales and the technical team.

How the role is measured

  • Marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated, and qualified opportunities that marketing influenced or generated.
  • Inbound lead volume and quality, and the lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Website traffic, organic visibility and website conversion rate.
  • Content, campaign, LinkedIn and email performance, and how efficiently and consistently campaigns run.

What this role is not

  • Only social media posting, or only outbound cold outreach.
  • Measured mainly by followers, likes or impressions.
  • Generic AI-generated content without strategy, research or human review.

A practical assessment

You may be asked to write a simple 30-day inbound and outbound demand generation plan for Infoloop: an ideal customer profile, the inbound and outbound channels you would use, a sample campaign, how you would use AI, your MQL criteria and the metrics you would track. It shows practical marketing thinking, not theory.

What you will do

  • Inbound: attract qualified prospects through SEO, AEO, content, landing pages, lead magnets, case studies and newsletters.
  • Outbound: support targeted LinkedIn, email and account-based campaigns with sharp research and personalization.
  • Content: create LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, industry pages and newsletters built on client pain points.
  • SEO and AEO: research keywords and competitors, support on-page SEO, and write for search and AI answer engines.
  • Website conversion: improve messaging, landing pages, calls to action, forms, lead magnets and conversion journeys.
  • Lead nurturing: build email and content sequences that move prospects from awareness to sales-ready conversations.
  • Campaigns: plan and run weekly and monthly campaigns, test messaging and audiences, and keep improving performance.
  • Analytics: track traffic, leads, MQLs, conversion rates and campaign results, and let the data drive decisions.
  • Sales alignment: agree ICPs, lead criteria, target accounts and priorities with sales, and act on their feedback.
  • AI: use AI tools for research, ICPs, content ideas, personalization and planning, with human judgment and fact-checking.
  • Automation: find repetitive marketing work, automate it or coordinate the tools that do, and suggest useful new AI tools.

What you need

  • 2 to 4 years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or IT and SaaS marketing.
  • One year or more of highly relevant experience, with work to show, may also be considered.
  • A strong understanding of inbound and outbound digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing and campaign analytics.
  • Strong research, communication, copywriting and analytical skills.
  • The ability to understand a technology service or product and turn it into customer-focused messaging.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new marketing technology.
  • Focused on outcomes and qualified leads rather than vanity metrics; data-driven and happy to test, learn and optimize.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with sales and technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT services, software, SaaS or other B2B technology companies.
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity.
  • CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Attio or Close.
  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools and content research platforms.
  • Automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
  • Clay or a similar data enrichment and prospect research platform.
  • LinkedIn and other B2B prospecting tools.
