Paid acquisition measured against pipeline

We run paid channels for companies that need spend tied to revenue, not to impressions. Tracking first, then landing pages, then media. For teams tired of reports full of numbers that no one in finance recognises.

What this covers

Paid acquisition measured against pipeline, end to end.

Conversion tracking and attribution

Server-side events, consent handling and a single definition of a lead that your CRM and your ad platforms both agree on. Without this, every other number on the page is decoration.

Search and shopping campaigns

Google and Bing search, plus shopping feeds for stores. Structured around intent and margin rather than around what the platform recommends by default. Negative keywords maintained, not set once.

Paid social and demand campaigns

Meta, LinkedIn and the platforms that suit your buyer. Audience build, budget split and a testing plan that runs long enough to give an answer you can act on.

Landing pages and offer testing

We build the pages the ads point at, in Webflow or Shopify, so the traffic and the page are not owned by two different suppliers arguing about which one is broken.

Feed and catalogue management

Product feeds cleaned, titles and attributes corrected, and stock state kept in sync so you stop paying for clicks on items you cannot ship.

Reporting tied to pipeline

One monthly report that shows spend, qualified pipeline and revenue in the same view, with the assumptions written down. No dashboard you have to interpret alone.

How it runs

Plan. Build. Run.

01

30 minute call

You tell us the channels running now, the current spend and what a good lead is worth to you. We say plainly whether paid is the right lever or whether the money is better spent elsewhere first.

02

Audit and fixed scope

We look at tracking, accounts, landing pages and CRM data. Then a written scope with the channels, the test plan, the reporting and a fixed price. You approve before anything is spent.

03

Build and launch

Tracking fixed first, then pages, then campaigns go live with agreed budget caps. Small spend at the start while we confirm the numbers arriving in your CRM match the numbers in the ad platform.

04

Run and report

We manage the accounts week to week, test on a schedule, and send a monthly report with what changed, what it cost and what we recommend next. You keep ownership of every account.

Why infoloop

We do not hand over and leave.

  • We build and we runThe same team writes the tracking, builds the landing page and manages the spend. Nothing gets handed to a second supplier at the point where it starts to matter.
  • Tracking before mediaWe will not take a media budget on top of broken measurement. If the events are wrong, that gets fixed first, even when it delays the launch by a week.
  • You own the accountsAd accounts, pixels, tag containers and feeds stay in your name. If you stop working with us, you keep the history and the campaigns keep running.
  • Fixed scope, fixed priceOur fee is agreed before work starts and does not move with your spend. We have no reason to argue for a bigger budget than the numbers support.
  • Plain reportingOne monthly report a non-marketer can read. Spend, pipeline, revenue, what we changed, what we would do next. Assumptions stated rather than buried.

What you get

Every engagement includes these, in writing, before work starts.

  • Tracking and event plan documented, with server-side events where the platform allows
  • Campaign structure built in your own ad accounts, with naming and budget caps agreed
  • Landing pages built in Webflow or Shopify and connected to your CRM
  • Product feed set up and monitored, for stores running shopping campaigns
  • A test plan with the hypothesis, the metric and the stop condition written down
  • A monthly report covering spend, qualified pipeline, revenue and the next recommendation

Who this is for

Three situations where this is the right call.

Spending monthly with no line to revenue

Campaigns have run for months, the platform reports conversions, and nobody can match those conversions to closed business. You want the measurement rebuilt before you decide whether to spend more or stop.

Launching paid for the first time

You have product-market fit from referrals or organic and want a second channel. You need someone to set it up properly rather than burn the first three months learning on your budget.

An agency handed it back

Your last supplier left and you inherited accounts you cannot read, with tags you are afraid to remove. You need someone to take it over, document it and keep it running.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

How is this priced?
We work to a fixed monthly fee agreed before anything starts, not a percentage of your media spend. The 30 minute call is free. After it we send a written scope covering the channels we would run, the tracking work needed, the landing pages included and the reporting cadence, with one price attached. Media spend is separate and paid by you directly to the platforms from your own accounts, so you always see the real cost. If the scope needs to change mid-engagement, we agree the new price in writing before the work happens. There is no charge that moves up when your budget does.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the start, not the end. Paid channels drift: auction prices move, creative wears out, feeds break, and a site change can silently kill a conversion event. Our managed retainer covers weekly account management, monitoring on tracking and feeds, fixes to what breaks with agreed response targets, a running test schedule, and a monthly report showing spend against qualified pipeline and revenue. Security updates and site fixes on the landing pages we build are covered in the same retainer. If you would rather run it in-house after the build, we will document the setup and hand it over.
Will you work with our existing accounts and agency setup?
Yes. We prefer to work inside accounts you already own rather than build new ones under our name. If an agency previously set things up under their account, we will help you claim or rebuild what you can and be honest about what history is lost in the process. Our first task is usually an audit: what is running, what is tracked, what is duplicated and what is quietly wasting money. You get that audit in writing whether or not you go on to work with us on the media itself.
How long before we see results?
We do not promise a timeline, because it depends on your sales cycle, your budget and how much data your channels have already accumulated. What we can commit to is the sequence. Tracking is fixed first, so that whatever happens next is measurable. Campaigns then launch at a small spend while we confirm that leads arriving in your CRM match what the ad platforms report. Only once those two numbers agree do we increase budget. For a long B2B sales cycle, expect the first genuinely useful pipeline read to take at least as long as one full cycle.
Which channels do you run?
Google and Bing search, Google Shopping and product feeds, Meta, and LinkedIn where the buyer is there. We pick based on where your buyers already are and what your margin can carry, not on what is fashionable. Sometimes the honest answer on the first call is that paid is not your constraint, and that a broken checkout, a slow site or a missing follow-up process would return more than any media budget. We would rather say that early than take a retainer for work that cannot succeed.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to your ad accounts, analytics and CRM, or the authority to create what does not exist yet. A clear answer on what a qualified lead means in your business and roughly what one is worth. Someone on your side who can approve creative and answer questions about the product within a few days. If you sell physical products, access to the store and product data. If any of that is missing we will tell you on the first call rather than start and stall three weeks in.
