Grow

Lead generation that ends in your CRM, not a shared inbox.

For B2B teams whose enquiries arrive in ten different places and get followed up by whoever is free: capture, qualification and routing built as one system, wired into the CRM your sales team already uses.

What this covers

Lead generation that ends in your CRM, not a shared inbox, end to end.

Capture forms and landing pages

Forms and landing pages built to convert and to submit reliably: validation, spam filtering, hidden source and campaign fields, and a thank you step that tells the enquirer what happens next and when.

Qualification rules and scoring

We write down with your sales team what a qualified lead actually is, then encode it. Company size, region, budget signal, intent. Weak leads go to nurture rather than into a rep's diary.

CRM wiring and routing

Fields, stages, owners and routing rules configured in the CRM you already run. A lead lands on the right person with its source, form answers and campaign attached, so the first reply is not a cold read.

Deduplication and enrichment

Incoming records are matched against what you already hold, merged where they are the same company, and topped up with the firmographic fields your reps need. One company, one record, one history.

Follow-up agents and sequences

An agent can acknowledge an enquiry in seconds, ask the questions your form did not and offer a time to talk. Anything that contacts a customer runs behind a guardrail, with a human on the awkward cases.

Attribution and reporting

Source, campaign and landing page carried through to won or lost, on a dashboard your team will actually open. You see which channels produce meetings, not only which produce form fills.

How it runs

Plan. Build. Run.

01

A 30 minute call

We ask where enquiries arrive now, what happens to them next and where they go cold. No slides. By the end we know whether you have a capture problem, a routing problem or a data problem, and we say which.

02

Fixed scope, timeline and price

You get it in writing: the forms, the rules, the CRM changes, the integrations and the reporting. One timeline, one price, agreed before work starts. Anything out of scope is named then, not in an invoice later.

03

Build, connect and test

We build the forms, configure the CRM, wire the routing and push real submissions end to end before launch. Your sales team watches a test lead arrive the way a real one will, and signs it off.

04

Go live, then we run it

After launch we monitor submissions and integrations, fix breakages against agreed response targets, keep things current as the tools change, and send a monthly report. Improvements follow what the funnel shows.

Why infoloop

We do not hand over and leave.

  • We run it, we do not hand it overMost agencies deliver a set of forms and disappear. Our retainer covers monitoring, fixes against response targets, security updates and a monthly report, so a broken integration is our problem, not yours.
  • Built into the CRM you already runWe do not sell you a new platform to replace the one your team knows. We configure what you have, document every field and rule we touch, and leave you able to run it without us.
  • Guardrails on anything automatedReplies, routing and enrichment run with rules, thresholds and human approval where the stakes are high. Nothing contacts a customer or overwrites a record without a check you agreed to first.
  • One team for the site and the systemWe build the websites, the CMS and the AI agents too. Landing page, form, agent and CRM wiring come from the same team, so there is no gap between suppliers for a lead to fall into.
  • Definitions agreed, not assumedSales and marketing usually disagree about what counts as qualified. We settle that at scoping, write it down and build the rules to match. After that, a disagreement becomes a change request.

What you get

Every engagement includes these, in writing, before work starts.

  • Capture forms with validation, spam filtering and hidden source and campaign fields
  • A written qualification rule set, agreed with your sales team before the build starts
  • CRM fields, pipeline stages and owner routing configured and documented
  • Deduplication and enrichment on incoming records, so one company means one record
  • Automated acknowledgement and follow-up, with human approval where it matters
  • A funnel dashboard covering source, stage and time to first response, plus a monthly report

Who this is for

Three situations where this is the right call.

Enquiries live in a shared inbox

Web enquiries arrive as email, someone forwards them on, and follow-up depends on who is at their desk that morning. There is no record of what was promised and no way to tell which channel produced the work you won.

You have a CRM nobody trusts

The CRM exists, but records are duplicated, source fields are empty and reps keep a private spreadsheet instead. Reporting becomes guesswork. The fix is usually routing, deduplication and field discipline, not new software.

Traffic is fine, conversion is not

Paid and organic are bringing the right people in and the form gets filled, then the lead sits for a day before anyone replies. You are paying for demand and losing it in the handover from website to sales team.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

What do your lead generation services actually include?
We build the system that turns interest into qualified records in your CRM: capture forms and landing pages, qualification and scoring rules, deduplication and enrichment, routing to the right owner, automated follow-up, and reporting on where leads came from. It is engineering and configuration work on your website and your CRM, delivered to a fixed scope, then kept running under a monthly retainer. It is not media buying, and we do not sell lead lists.
Do you run cold outreach or supply lead lists?
No. We do not buy, sell or scrape contact lists, and we do not send cold email on your behalf. What we build is the infrastructure your own demand runs through: forms, qualification logic, CRM wiring, follow-up and reporting. If you already run outbound with your own tools and your own data, we can feed that source into the same routing and the same reporting, so every lead is handled and measured the same way.
Which CRM and marketing tools can you connect to?
We work with the CRM you already run rather than replacing it, connecting through documented APIs and native integrations. That covers the mainstream B2B CRMs, marketing automation and email tools, calendar booking, analytics and your data warehouse. If a tool has no usable API, we tell you at scoping rather than after the build. Access is set up least-privilege, and we document every field, rule and integration we touch so your own team can maintain it.
How much does it cost, and how does an engagement work?
It starts with a 30 minute call. From that we come back with a fixed scope, a timeline and a price for the build, agreed in writing before any work begins, so you are not watching hours accumulate. What it costs depends on how many entry points you have, how much CRM tidying is needed and whether follow-up automation is in scope. Running it afterwards is a separate monthly retainer, sized to what we keep live. Starting prices for each type of engagement are on our pricing page.
What happens after it goes live?
We run it, which is the part most engagements skip. The retainer covers monitoring of submissions and integrations, fixes with agreed response targets, security updates, and improvements as the data shows what to change. You get a monthly report covering volume, source, qualification and time to first response. Forms and integrations fail quietly, and an unnoticed failure costs you every enquiry that arrives while it is down.
How do you handle consent, data protection and spam?
Consent wording and marketing opt-in sit on the form itself and are stored against the record, so you can evidence later what someone agreed to. We collect the fields you need and no more, keep personal data out of URLs and analytics, and set integrations up with least-privilege access. Spam is filtered at submission rather than left for the CRM to catch afterwards. If you have a data processing agreement or a retention policy, we build to it and document where data is held.

Enquiries sitting in an inbox until someone gets to them? Let us wire it up.

Tell us where leads come in today and what your sales team needs to see. A 30 minute call, then a written scope, timeline and fixed price for the build, and a monthly number to run it afterwards.
