Training, testing and certification software that holds up under audit

For training providers, assessment bodies and staffing firms that need to teach people, test them properly and prove the result. We build the platform, then we run it. Our LMS and testing product is the starting point, not the ceiling.

Where we help

Training, testing and certification software that holds up under audit, end to end.

LMS built on our own platform

Our LMS and testing product gives you courses, cohorts, enrolments, progress tracking and reporting from day one. We configure it to how your programmes actually run, then extend it where your model differs from everyone else's.

Assessment and question banking

Question banks with tagging, difficulty weighting and randomised paper generation, so no two candidates sit the same sequence. Supports multiple choice, written response, file upload and practical sign-off by an assessor.

Remote proctoring

Identity checks before the paper opens, session recording, browser lockdown and flagging of suspicious behaviour for human review. Proctoring evidence is stored against the attempt, so a challenged result can be re-examined months later.

AI grading with a human in the loop

Written answers are graded against a rubric you define, with a confidence score attached. Low confidence and borderline scores route to a human marker. Nothing is issued as a final grade without a route for appeal.

Certificates and credential checking

Certificates issued automatically on pass, with expiry dates, renewal reminders and a public verification page an employer can check. Revocation is supported, so a withdrawn credential stops verifying immediately.

Placement and compliance tracking

For staffing firms: which candidate holds which credential, what expires when, and what a client site requires before someone can be placed. Gaps surface before they become a compliance problem, not after.

How it runs

Plan. Build. Run.

01

30 minute call

You describe how your programmes and assessments run today, and where the manual work sits. We say whether our LMS product fits, what would need building around it, and whether we are the right people for the job.

02

Fixed scope, timeline and price

We write down what gets built, what it integrates with, what the assessment rules are and what it costs. One document, one number, one date. If we cannot scope it confidently, we say so rather than guessing.

03

Build and pilot

We configure and build, then run a real cohort through it before you commit everything. A pilot exposes the rules nobody wrote down: retake policy, grace periods, edge cases in eligibility. We fix those before wider rollout.

04

Run it

After launch we monitor it, fix what breaks to agreed response targets, apply security updates and keep improving it. You get a report each month covering uptime, work done and what we suggest doing next.

Why infoloop

We do not hand over and leave.

  • We have already built the platformOur LMS and testing system is a product we own, not a slide. You start from working software with courses, assessments and certification in it, which cuts the build down to what is genuinely yours.
  • We run what we buildThe managed retainer means the same team that built it keeps it live: monitoring, fixes with response targets, security updates and a monthly report. There is no handover to a team that has never seen the code.
  • AI in production, with guardrailsOur AI work goes live with rubrics, confidence thresholds, human review and rollback. We put AI grading where it saves marker time and keep a person on anything contested.
  • Exam integrity built in, not bolted onProctoring, audit trails and verifiable certificates are there from the start, not added when a client or regulator asks. A result you cannot evidence is a result you cannot defend.
  • We tell you the cost of skipping thingsIf you skip identity checks, or grade written answers without a review route, we will tell you what that costs you later. You can still decide against it. You just decide knowing.

What you get

Every engagement includes these, in writing, before work starts.

  • A configured LMS with your courses, cohorts, enrolment rules and progress reporting
  • A question bank with tagging, randomisation and multiple assessment formats
  • Proctored exam sessions with identity checks and stored session evidence
  • AI grading against your rubric, with confidence scoring and human review routing
  • Automatic certificates with expiry, renewal reminders and public verification
  • A managed retainer: monitoring, fixes to response targets, updates, monthly report

Who this is for

Three situations where this is the right call.

Running exams on spreadsheets and email

You deliver real training, but enrolments live in a spreadsheet, papers go out by email and certificates are made by hand. It works until volume doubles or a candidate disputes a mark and nobody can produce the evidence.

Marking capacity is the bottleneck

Your assessors are the limit on how many candidates you can take. Written papers sit in a queue for days. You want AI to take the routine marking and leave your people the borderline and contested cases.

Placing people who need current credentials

You are a staffing firm and every placement depends on someone holding a valid, in-date credential. You need one place that shows who is certified, what expires when, and what each client site requires.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

How much does a training and assessment platform cost?
We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on how much of your model our LMS product already covers. The shape is always the same: a 30 minute call, then a fixed scope with one timeline and one price before any building starts. Configuration of the existing platform costs less than building assessment logic that does not exist yet, so the call is mostly about working out which of those you need. After launch, the managed retainer is a separate monthly fee covering monitoring, fixes, security updates and improvements. You will not get an hourly rate and an open-ended estimate from us.
Can we use your LMS product rather than building from scratch?
Yes, and for most training providers that is the sensible route. The LMS and testing platform is one of three systems we have already built and own. It covers courses, cohorts, enrolments, question banks, proctored exams, AI grading and certification. We configure it to your programmes and extend it where your model differs. Building the same thing from nothing costs more and takes longer for a result that, in the common parts, would look much the same. Where your assessment rules are genuinely unusual, that is where the custom build effort should go.
How does AI grading work, and can we trust the marks?
Written answers are graded against a rubric you define, and every grade carries a confidence score. You set the threshold. Anything below it, and anything sitting near a grade boundary, routes to a human marker rather than being issued. Every AI-produced grade keeps the rubric version and the reasoning against the attempt, so a disputed mark can be re-examined. We treat AI grading as a way to take routine marking off your assessors, not as a replacement for them. Contested and borderline cases stay with people, and there is always an appeal route.
What does the proctoring actually check?
Identity is verified before the paper opens. During the attempt the session is recorded, the browser is locked down to stop candidates opening other material, and behaviour that looks irregular is flagged. Flags do not automatically fail anyone. They are surfaced for a human to review, with the recorded evidence attached to that attempt so a decision can be justified later. Evidence is retained against your policy so a result challenged months after the fact can still be examined. How strict the checks are is your choice, and we set it to match what your awarding requirements demand.
Can employers verify a certificate we issue?
Yes. Certificates are issued automatically on a pass and carry an issue date, an expiry date where the credential lapses, and a public verification page. An employer or client site can check that page and see whether the credential is genuine and still valid, without contacting you. Revocation is supported, so if a credential is withdrawn it stops verifying immediately rather than staying live. For staffing firms this matters twice over: the same records drive your own placement checks, showing who is certified, what expires when and which client requirements a candidate currently meets.
What happens after launch?
We run it. That is the second half of what we do. The managed retainer covers monitoring, fixes to agreed response targets, security updates, improvements as your programmes change, and a report each month covering uptime, what we did and what we suggest next. The same team that built the platform keeps it live, so there is no handover to people who have never seen the code. This is the part most agencies leave out: they build, hand over and move on, and six months later nobody knows why an exam session failed. We stay.
