A Shopify rebuild that lifted conversion 38%.

A direct-to-consumer brand had a pretty store that did not sell. We rebuilt it for speed and conversion, and run it now.

The challenge

The brand looked great but leaked revenue at every step. Pages were slow on mobile, the product pages buried key information, and the checkout asked for too much. Paid traffic was growing but conversion was flat, so every new visitor cost more than the last.

Our approach

We audited the funnel with real session data, not opinions. The biggest losses were mobile speed, a cluttered product page and a three-step checkout. We rebuilt the theme for speed, restructured the product page around the decision, and cut the checkout to the essentials.

What we built

  • A rebuilt, fast Shopify theme with clean code
  • Product pages restructured around the buying decision
  • A streamlined checkout with fewer steps
  • Analytics that show exactly where visitors drop

The results

Conversion rose 38% in the first quarter and the rebuild paid for itself within it, adding six figures of revenue on the same traffic. Mobile load time dropped nearly two seconds. We continue to run and tune the store every month.

“Our Shopify rebuild paid for itself in the first quarter. Conversion is up 38% and they still manage it for us.”
