2-minute self-assessment

Are you actually ready to ship AI?

Most failed AI projects were never a model problem. Tick the statements that are true for your business today and we will tell you, honestly, whether you are ready to put AI into production, or what to fix first.

There is one painful, repetitive task we can name
A high-volume, mostly rule-based job: refunds, status lookups, routing, first-draft replies. AI works best on one clear job, not ten vague ones.
The data the AI would need already exists and is reachable
In systems you control, not locked in someone’s head or a stale spreadsheet export.
We can give it governed, least-privilege access
You can decide what it may read and write, and log every action, without handing over the keys to everything.
We know what “good” looks like and could measure it
A number you care about: hours saved, resolution rate, cost per ticket, conversion. If you can’t measure it, you can’t trust it.
There is a human who can own the risky decisions
Someone to review and approve anything that moves money or contacts a customer, at least at first.
A senior person actually wants this to happen
A sponsor who will unblock access, make decisions and defend the project when it gets hard.
We have a plan for who maintains it after launch
Software rots without care. Either an in-house owner or a partner who runs it. “We’ll figure it out later” is how AI quietly dies.
We are clear on data privacy and compliance needs
You know what data is sensitive and what rules apply (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) before, not after, anything ships.

Nothing you tick is stored or sent anywhere. This runs entirely in your browser.

Not a perfect score? That's normal.

Most businesses are ready on some fronts and not others. Book a call and we will help you fix the gaps and pick the one job worth automating first, with a clear price to build and run it.
