UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to transform ideas into high-quality interfaces that provide seamless usability and modern aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

• Create intuitive user flows and interactions for web and mobile applications.

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

• Optimize UI designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

• Maintain design consistency using style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.

• Perform usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.

• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and align designs with business goals.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability standards.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, grids, layout, and typography.

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.

• Ability to conduct user research and apply insights into designs.

• Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining design concepts.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with illustration, motion graphics, or micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding).

• Experience with usability testing tools.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise applications.

• Ability to create design system documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
